30minutes far from the Pursat province, Krokor is on the way from Phnom Penh to Pursat and to Battambang.
Total site area is about 20.7ha and it’s located along the national road N5.The land is oriented from south to north in its length. The width is between 214m and 337m, the length is around 720m.
The project is to design a complex development. One part is to serve the travelers and drivers along their trip and the other part is to create leisure activities on it aiming the Krokor park itself becomes a destination.
For the purpose of service, there are gas station, commercial zone, pray zone, indoor and outdoor F&B. This last F&B area designed within the landscaped environment to encourage the the people to visit and explore the park further.
The park includes Organic farm, Orange orchard, flower field, butterfly field, Giant lotus pond, archery field and a big park of land called Bazar area is reserved to be flexible, to host the different kind of events on it.
Imagine a new destination, where people will gather and enjoy the leisure within the sound nature.
